How we worked
The site is organised the way a first conversation is organised: what we build and advise, what is available now, how we help, where the office is, and how to WhatsApp. Blog articles sit behind the listings so a buyer can read about agricultural land or a builder-flat model before they visit Muzaffarabad. The design holds the Shivaay identity without turning the page into decoration. Call and WhatsApp stay in reach on a phone.
