Why this existed as a problem

A coaching institute already had learners, notes, and a timetable — and was still paying several vendors for a website, an app, live sessions, and a login they could not take with them if the contract ended.

Coaching institutes and education teams often rent a generic LMS they cannot own, brand, or extend without a vendor bottleneck — and they still pay separately for apps, webinars, and a public site.

The story behind the EdTech platform

The EdTech platform started from that ownership problem. Teachers and institutes wanted courses, webinars, practice, and administration under their own brand, with a path to source code where the commercial model includes it. We built a white-label learning product: student, tutor, and admin experiences, published courses, interview preparation, webinars, a leaderboard, a blog, and a video-transcoding pipeline. It is a product Weps Technologies licenses. It is not the company website.

How we worked

The strategy was a working demonstration before a catalogue of promises. The web product runs on Cloud Run so a prospect can walk student and admin flows. Android and iOS sit in the same offer for institutes that need owned mobile apps. AI-assisted learning paths and an interactive code editor are in the demo because those jobs exist in the product, not as decoration. Discovery for a licensee still starts with learners, course format, live or recorded delivery, assessments, payments, tutor roles, content migration, branding, and ownership — the same questions we use in an EdTech conversation.

Where it stands

The web demonstration is live on Cloud Run. The platform is a recently launched commercial offer. We do not invent institute counts or revenue. A walkthrough of the demo, plus a licensing conversation, is the current proof.
