Privacy policy

Weps Technologies (“we”) operates wepstech.com. This policy describes how we handle information on the company website. It does not replace product-specific privacy notices for Treasure, MapSeal, Recora, Sudoku, or a licensed EdTech deployment.

Enquiries

If you send the contact form we store your name, email, optional phone and company, message, originating page, and any UTM campaign parameters. We use this to reply and to keep an internal record of the conversation. The destination mailbox is info@wepstech.com. Marketing email is sent only if you tick the optional consent box — it is never pre-selected.

Analytics and advertising

With your consent we load Google Tag Manager (GTM-WBL3JJZ2), Google Analytics 4 (G-18ZKEFL13R), and a Facebook pixel. These tools set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic and campaign performance. Google AdSense may later show advertisements on blog articles only. Ads are off until a publisher ID is configured and a super administrator enables them. You can decline analytics in the consent banner.

Cookies

Essential cookies remember consent. Optional cookies come from Google and Meta after you accept. The administration area uses Firebase Authentication cookies or local session storage for staff only.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active project or legal claim. You can ask us to delete or correct your enquiry data at info@wepstech.com.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted on Firebase / Google Cloud. Analytics and advertising, when enabled, are processed by Google and Meta according to their policies.
